Return Policy

At Better Diamonds, we prioritise your satisfaction and aim to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer the following policies for your convenience:

RETURN POLICY – 15 DAYS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return your product, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy. Please keep the following in mind:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, accompanied by the original packaging, warranty cards, certificates (if any), and proof of purchase.

Personalised and EMI Purchases: Please note that personalised items and products purchased through our EMI facility are not eligible for return.

Refund Timeline: Payment of the refund amount will be made to the customer’s bank account within 21 days of receiving the product. In case the payment was made through a card (debit or credit), or via net banking, the refund will be processed through a transaction reversal.

Shipping Charges: In case of the 15-day Money Back policy, a shipping charge of Rs 750/- shall be borne by the customer.

CASH BACK POLICY

We also offer a cash-back option if you decide to sell your jewellery back to us. Here are the details:

Gold and Silver: We provide 100% of the prevailing market value* for your gold and silver jewellery.

Lab-Grown Diamonds and Mined Diamonds: You will receive 80% of the prevailing market value* for lab-grown and mined diamonds.

*Any discounts applied during the original purchase on the metal and stone value will be deducted from the market value. Additionally, a deduction of 100% of the making charges will be applied.

LIFETIME EXCHANGE POLICY

At Better Diamonds, we believe in providing you with the opportunity to exchange or upgrade your jewellery over a lifetime. Here's how our lifetime exchange policy works:

Gold and Silver: We offer 100% of the prevailing market value* for your gold and silver jewellery.

Lab-Grown Diamonds and Mined Diamonds: You can exchange these diamonds for new designs, and we will provide 100% of the prevailing stone value of the same grade*.

*Making charges will be deducted from the old jewellery. For lab-grown and natural diamonds, only certified solitaires with laser inscription can be exchanged for a product of higher value, with any price difference charged separately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you need to cancel your order, please be aware of the following:

Cancellation Charges: Products purchased using a discount code or the EMI facility are subject to a 20% cancellation charge if cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are subject to a 20% cancellation charge if cancelled post-confirmation.
