Complimentary Lifetime Cleaning: We provide complimentary lifetime cleaning services for your jewelry, keeping it looking its best.
Complimentary Replacement of Small Stones: If any stones under 0.10ct each become damaged or lost due to regular wear and tear, we offer complimentary replacement.
While our Lifetime Warranty is comprehensive, there are a few exceptions:
Diamonds over 0.10ct each: Diamonds larger than 0.10ct each are not covered by the warranty.
Center Stone Diamonds and Gemstones on Engagement Rings: The center stone diamonds and gemstones on engagement rings are not covered by the warranty.
Damage, Loss, or Theft: Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage, loss, or theft of your jewelry.
Should your jewelry require repair, our skilled jewelers will assess the repair needs and determine any applicable fees. While we are pleased to assist with repairs, please note that fees may be charged based on the repair requirements.
To utilize your Lifetime Warranty, simply contact us if your jewelry requires repair. Please be aware that if your Better Diamonds jewelry has been repaired, worked on, or damaged by another jeweler, the lifetime warranty policy will no longer apply to that particular item. Additionally, our free shipping policies do not apply to jewelry repairs.
For eligible repairs or replacements being shipped to and from India, a Rs. 1500/- insured shipping fee is required (covering both shipping ways). This shipping fee applies to all orders sent for repairs or resizing.
